Implementation services include site survey, planning and design,
systems provisioning, and logistic staging and installation. User training
and support may also be provided if needed.
Typically, a client communicates its IT requirements to LST. We then
come up with detailed recommendations and solutions to address these
requirements and present them for approval. Once approved, the client may
either ship the hardware and software requirements or allow LST to procure
these locally. LST then installs the system and provides the maintenance
services to the client offshore. This arrangement translates into
significant savings for the client since the need to maintain a dedicated
IT staff and the necessary equipment is avoided.
